word bank
the english language is so very interesting, and incredibly expansive. yet, we all get stuck in this somewhat unchanging word bank, which we pull from to use in our daily lives. i think that your vocab or the lack thereof, can sometimes hold you back from your total potential. i also think that if your choice of words can hold you back from meeting the expectations that you, your friends, family and peers hold for you as an intellectual.
here are the sort of words that i either love or would love to use in my regular speech. the fact of the matter is that i just like to use different vocab simply because they make me smile and feel more intelligent and knowledgable. it makes me happy to use a concoction of various words. i want to try and use these words, and continue to expand my vocabulary. feel free to let me know if you’ve added any of the following words to your daily speech.
